enter, complete the entry form found in the lobby of the clinic. Voting
occurs once a month. Entry forms must be resubmitted each month. Winners
will be posted in the reception room, on our website, and later added
to the clinic photo album. Clients (and pets) will receive a goodie
bag prize if chosen. Winners will be contacted by mail. A
form will be included for you to return with a photo of your pet for
our picture album. Goodie bag prizes are donated by companies such
as Bayer, Butler, Lupine, MWI, Merial, and Science Diet Foods. |
