Appointment Policy:
Clients are requested to ask for doctor of their
choice. Appointments are encouraged although not necessary and
we do take walk-ins, although there may be a wait if there are already
scheduled appointments. Surgeries are done by appointment but we
can usually accomodate your pet with very little notice. Please
give us a call at 882-4712 to schedule an appointment! Are
you a new client?

Surgery Policy:
We do most of our surgeries in the mornings Monday through Friday.
We request that most surgeries (not necessarily exotic animals)
be fasted after 8 pm the night before. This does not mean to restrict
water, only their food. Surgery drop off time is usually between
7:45 am and 8:00 am in the morning. Depending on the type of surgery
your pet is undergoing, you may be able to pick them up after 2
or 3 pm that day, or if they are staying overnight, after 9 am the
next morning. The doctor performing the surgery will almost always
call you once your pet is through surgery and waking up. However,
we recommend calling if you have not heard from the doctor by noon.
If you want to fill out your paperwork ahead of time,
here is our most standard form!
Boarding Policy:
We do offer boarding at our clinic. We have a limited number of
runs and cages and tend to fill up during the holidays earlier than
at other times. Cats and dogs are required to be up to date on their
vaccines. If we have not done them here, we request that you bring
proof of them when you check in for boarding. If not up to date,
we can certainly do them for you at that time. We walk the dogs
three times a day around the premises while they stay here. We feed
Science Diet Adult Feline and Canine to our boarders. If your pet
is on a special diet, we would love to feed it if you bring it in.

sheet or to print and fill out our
prescription form (if your pet is on medications).
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY:
If during normal business hours, please don't hesitate to come in.
We appreciate a call ahead of time if it is possible and we will
try to have your file and a doctor ready for you as you arrive.
If during non office hours, please call and our answering machine
will direct you to call Washington State University's Veterinary
Hospital.
