Entry forms are available at the front desk of the Animal Clinic. Each picture must be accompanied by a separate entry form. Stop on by and pick one up!

Contest Rules:
Entry photos cannot be professionally taken. All photos become the property of the Animal Clinic & Hospital and will be displayed in our photo album and the winners on our website. Employees of the Animal Clinic are not eligible to enter in the contest.
Prizes for the photo contest include donations from Bayer HealthCare, Vitality Systems, Butler, the Animal Clinic, a free toy, and free homemade dog cookies from our Staff! Our grand prize this year is generously being donated by Hills Science Diet. Proceeds by the photo contest go to support ARF (Animal Relief Fund).
