2005 June Pet of the Month Winner "Moses" Fleming

I am a "tuxedo" cat, black and white shorthair.

My age is 19 (people years) and 92 cat years!

Something funny that happened to me was the time I brought home my fullsized lady pheasant prey to show off, when it got loose, hid in a closet, and wasn't discovered until my masters smelled it some weeks later. I've also brought home a hummingbird and a flicker, but they both lived to be released by my master.

My master loves me so much that I can hug their left shoulder and drool down their back without getting in trouble. If they haven't cut my nails, its even ok to leave marks on their shoulder.

I am so spoiled that I even get to sleep anyplace and anytime I choose. Its hardly ever the same place for more than 3 days in a row. I have been a patient at Animal Clinic & Hospital for 19 years where Dr. Dan and Dr. Eugenio do my checkups.

My masters Tom and Cleo named me Moses because my junior master, Dave and his future bride, Jen, brought me home saying "Look!, we found this starving kitten in Paradise Creek." It was a year later that Jen made Dave confess that they'd bought me @ a yard sale. They'd fibbed so my masters would accept me and everything is fine because they say I'm the best of the bunch after all!

My favorite treat is to talk, to be talked to, and to eat real butter.
