2006 August Pet of the Month Winner "Sam" Russel

I am a Labrador Retriever.

My masters Jen and Zak named me that because its the name I came with. My mom and dad rescued me from my other owners before they were going to take me to the shelter.

My favorite treat is anything that isn't my dog chow.

My age in human years is 23.

Something funny that happened to me was the time my mom dressed me up for Halloween like Superman and I got to go trick or treating to my neighbors house.

My masters love me so much that I was the only one to stand up at their wedding. I even got to carry the rings and be in the wedding announcement in the paper.

I am so spoiled that I even get to sleep in a custom made dog house that my dad made for me to match my momma's house. I just got a new brother last week and he's super cute. We hope he grows up to be as great a dog at me.

I have been a patient at Animal Clinic for 2 years where Dr. Bales does my checkups.
