2008 April Pet of the Month "Turtle"

My mothers named me Turtle because they found me at an animal shelter and I was an orphan. They named me after a character in a book, a little girl called Turtle who was also an orphan. They tell me the book is called Pigs in Heaven by Barbara Kingsolver. I actually have never read the book so I can't be sure.

My favorite treat is meat of any kind!!

My age in human years is 10 and 56 in cat years.

Something funny that happened to me was the time I am addicted to the Animal Planet. It happened when my mom was watching a program about "Snow Leopards on Everest". I got right up to the screen trying to get their attention. They didn't even notice me - but I keep watching and keep trying.

My masters love me so much that my house is filled with toys, cat tunnels, cat furniture, and lots of petting and love. :)

I am so spoiled that I even get to sleep in the dresser drawers - on top of my mothers clean clothes. I like to leave some hair behind just so they know I was there.

I have been a patient at Animal Clinic & Hospital for 2 years where Dr. Dan (Superstar) does my checkups.
