2008 August Pets of the Month "Harper and Guthrie"

IHarper is a Collie/Anatolian shepherd and Guthrie is a Heeler mix.

Our master Cherie named me Harper after Harper Lee, who wrote "To Kill a Mockingbird", and Guthrie is after Arlo and Woody (Cherie says you'll know who they are.).

Our favorite treats are gooseberries (Harper) and anything! (Guthrie). "I'm not picky at all!"

Our ages in human years is almost four (Harper) and 7 months (Guthrie).

Something funny that happened to me was the time Cherie got us a wading pool and I, Harper, found out fun it is to sit in cold water on a hot day. Harper and I played tug-of-war and he dragged me all the way down the hall. He's really big and strong - Guthrie says.

Our master loves us so much that she comes home for lunch every day just to scratch our tummies.

We are so spoiled that we even get to sleep (Guthrie) in my very own crate, and (Harper) anywhere except in Guthrie's crate!.

We have been patients at Animal Clinic & Hospital for 3 1/2 years (Harper) and 2 months (Guthrie) where Dr. Dan does our checkups.
