Zephyr is our clinic kitty. We adopted her from the Humane Society several years ago. She was found in the neighborhood surrounding the clinic and was eagerly awaiting a home. Chock full of personality, it was a little difficult to find her a home. We were in need of a kitty to control the mice population and it turned out to be a match made in heaven.

Zephyr is a long haired calico manx cat. She enjoys love from the staff and clients, but on her terms only. If she doesn't want attention, she won't hesitate to let us know. In her spare time, she can be found sleeping in the recycling basket or cavorting in the reception room, perched on her favorite bag of food. She loves the outdoors and gets cranky if kept in too long. She is an excellent hunter and keeps the mice, rabbits and birds in good shape. She has just recently been released after a long convalescence which you can read about in our "Case of the Month".
